Occupational Health & Safety

We establish safety guidelines for each process — machining, welding, induction hardening, and assembly — and conduct regular safety inspections. Through employee safety and health training, we aim for a zero-accident workplace, and we track our Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) annually to manage trends.
